Insert the CD-RW, DVD-RW and Blu-ray Disc to erase.

 

 

1.

CD/DVD/Blu-ray Disc-Writer:

If you have more than one CD, DVD or Blu-ray Disc recorder installed on you system you are able to select the drive you want to use for erasing the CD, DVD or Blu-ray Disc. Ashampoo Burning Studio 9 comes with driver support for virtually all current CD, DVD or Blu-ray Disc recorders. If you have one of the few recorders not supported by the program please check our Burning Studio wblnk Insert DiscWebsite regularly or contact the Ashampoo Support. We are continually publishing new and updated driver files as and when they become available.

Burning Studio opentray button Insert Disc

 

Just click on the Open Tray button to open the tray of the selected drive and insert the rewritable disc.

 

3.

 

Burning Studio checkbox quick erase Insert Disc

 

If the Quick Erase option is checked, the disc will be erased quickly

(usually less than 10min). If the option is unchecked, erasing a disc

might take up to an hour.

 

4.

 

Burning Studio back button Insert Disc

 

Clicking on the < Back button will cancel the current process and will bring you back to the main menu.

 

5.

 

Burning Studio erasecd button Insert Disc

 

Click on Erase CD > to erase the CD, DVD or Blu-ray Disc.

 

Burning Studio arrow Insert Disc CAUTION: When you have clicked on Erase CD >, you will be asked if you really want to erase the content(s) of the disc. When you confirm by clicking on Yes the program will begin erasing the CD, DVD or Blu-ray Disc.

All data will be lost and is not recoverable!
