The Navigation Bar Navigating like this might be nice and easy but some cuts, subtitles, fade ins, etc. need a more accurate method. To accomplish this comfortably we’ve developed the navigation bar which is positioned below the main screen (s. picture below). The classic design will help you to use it intuitively.
The functions at a glance (l.to r.):
Search cuts backwards : Comparing the single pictures of your movie sequentially, Ashampoo Burning Studio 9 is able to find the cuts of the movie (in this case from your flag / position backwards).
15 frames back: Ashampoo Burning Studio 9 moves 15 frames backwards from your flag / position. This might help if you’re rather close to a certain point but single frame navigation would be too time-consuming.
Frame backwards: Every mouse click on this button moves just one frame backwards from your flag / position. If you’re really close to your destination point, you won’t miss it this way.
Search cuts forwards : Comparing the single pictures of your movie sequentially, Ashampoo Burning Studio 9 is able to find the cuts of the movie (in this case from your flag / position forwards).
15 frames forwards: Ashampoo Burning Studio 9 This feature moves 15 frames forwards from your flag / position. This might help if you’re rather close to a certain point but single frame navigation would be too time-consuming.
Frame forwards: Every mouse click on this button moves just one frame forwards from your flag / position. If you’re really close to your destination point, you won’t miss it this way.
The Zoom Sometimes you need a closer look at your video files. click on the zoom buttons and your file(s) will be displayed in greater dimensions (e.g. extended timelines).
Drag and Drop Movies If you want to change the running order of your movies (or pictures), you’re just a drag and drop away. Just select a file with a left mouse click, hold down the mouse button unless the file is at its new place and release the mouse button again.
